We are a group of parents from Aotearoa New Zealand who have children with gender distress or who have a transgender identity.

What we offer

Resources and support for parents who have children with gender distress or a transgender identity.

When looking for support to help our distressed children, we have found there is only an ‘affirmation’ approach available. This is present in the medical profession and in schools.

We see the complex nature of this distress in our children and feel the opportunity to explore underlying issues has not been taken.
